If you want a physical copy of this booklet

If you are (or will be) a patient at Inova Fairfax Hospital, then you can ask the Catholic Chaplain at the hospital to visit you and bring you a complimentary copy of this booklet.

If you would like to have copies for yourself or to hand out to people in your parish who are in other hospitals, nursing/assisted living homes, or are home-bound, you have two options.  You can download the PDF document and print it yourself, or fill in the form below to have us mail the booklet(s) to you.

While our goal is to spread the prayers and information in this booklet to as many people as possible, we would also greatly appreciate any donation you can make to cover the cost of printing and shipping these booklets (approximately $5 per booklet) if we mail the booklets to you.  A donation is not required, but we would be grateful for whatever you are able to give.

Please be aware that this booklet contains original content and some content that required permission from the copyright owners, in addition to images, quotes, and prayers that are in the public domain or fall under fair use.  Therefore, we ask that you do NOT sell this booklet, but instead distribute or reprint it for non-commercial use only.
